Registration Forms
It is the legal responsibility of TCA to ensure that the forms listed below are completed for each swimmer. Please complete the documents found in the Welcome Packet and either mail to Treasure Coast Aquatics or delivered to the pool!

This is a required form with contact information if we need to reach you, the parent/guardian. - Membership Contact Information

Swim Practice Schedule
Regular practice schedule will be at Sailfish Splash Waterpark/pool,
Mon. - Fri., 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. All Year Long!
